Our Move-In/Out Cleaning service is designed to prepare a space for its next chapter—whether you’re moving into a new home or getting ready to hand one over. This service focuses on deep, detailed cleaning to ensure the property is fresh, sanitized, and move-ready.
Notes:
- Property must be empty for best results
- Heavy buildup, excessive debris, or construction residue may require additional time or pricing
- Add-ons such as appliance interiors, inside oven/fridge, or window tracks are available upon request
What’s Included
Kitchen
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and backsplashes
- Wipe down cabinet exteriors and interiors (empty)
- Clean appliance exteriors (interior cleaning available upon request)
- Degrease stovetop and clean range hood exterior
- Sweep and mop floors
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks
- Remove soap scum and hard water buildup
- Clean mirrors, fixtures, and vanities
- Wipe cabinets and drawers (interior and exterior)
- Sweep and mop floors
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Dust all surfaces, baseboards, window sills, and ledges
- Clean doors, door frames, and light switches
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
Throughout the Home
- Clean interior windows and mirrors
- Empty trash
- Spot-clean walls (as needed)
